Ah yes.. the only redeeming factor of the 1996 Taurus my mother had when I was young. It broke down at least once a month, it was the only vehicle to let us down on the highway, and it rusted like no tomorrow. we sold it to someone who loved fixing those cars.

That must have been about the last car that you could do that in. I fondly remember sitting back there and blasting the other cars with my imaginary tail gun.

Mercedes E-class wagons have the option for a rear-facing third row seat. I've got a 2004.

Meh, child seats. We didn't have no child seats when I was that small riding in the rear of the Colony Park. Good times though.

When I was a little kid(I'm only 17 so I'm
still a kid) I was always excited when I went to my aunts to claim the rear facing back seats. I could wave at people and it was just awesome. It was some Volvo wagon

Tesla also has rear facing children's seats as an option. Saw one last fall.

One of the best memories from my childhood was getting to ride backwards in a Mercedes W124 Wagon. It was unfortunately not a Hammer. But still, as a kid actually being allowed to do something that felt so wrong was awesome. Plus making faces at the drivers of the cars behind you made the drive that much more fun!

I have had a few w124, one of the better rear seats in a mid size wagon to be had. Much better than the volvo 9x5s
